LIGHT GRAFFITY

A Study in Light, Sound and Discovery.
Each Family created 3 Portraits experimenting with lights in a dark industrial space. We were inspired by light, color, music and movement. While each family discovered this new medium, Light Graffity, the rest of the group enjoyed watching the beautiful light performances.
We also collaborated on 3 Bicycle Artist Group Portraits, each with a different theme. Free drawing, smiley face (Light Graffity 101), light dance inspired by Goran Bregovich's piece Kalashnikov.

DARREN PEARSON (Aka Darius Twin)

Do you believe that a secret world exists? A wonderfully whimsical place where mysterious shadows come alive, where monsters invade our memories, and where miniature people can be seen hard at work and at play.

Los Angeles-based graphic designer Darren Pearson a.k.a. Darius Twin is one of the few who can actually see this place. Glowing colors illuminate the surrounding objects creating dazzling images, people and props are combined with the light art to create remarkably whimsical photos.
